Returns& Refunds Policy
The Culinary Group wants you to be satisfied withyour purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations underAustralian Consumer Law.
AustralianConsumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excludedunder the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for amajor failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss ordamage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired orreplaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does notamount to a major failure.
Printersand Equipment
Sticky Dates printers and equipment are covered bya 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
If a product is found to be faulty, we may repair,replace or refund the product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
ConsumableProducts
Sticky Dates labels, Portion Pockets and otherconsumable products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:
- The product is unused;
- The product remains in its original packaging; and
- The product is in a resalable condition.
Opened consumable products cannot be returnedunless they are faulty or required by Australian Consumer Law.
Change ofMind
We may accept change-of-mind returns at ourdiscretion.
Approved change-of-mind returns must:
- Be requested within 30 days of purchase;
- Be unused and in original packaging; and
- Be returned at the customer's expense.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact us at info@theculinarygroup.com.au with:
- Your order number;
- Details of the item; and
- A description of the issue.
We will provide instructions for returning theproduct where applicable.
