About the Facilitator:

Andrew Briese trained as a chef and completed a Bachelor of Business in Catering and Hotel Management.  He has worked in the hospitality industry for 20+ years and has developed a world-class hospitality platform.

Cost: Standard price – $445.00 and QHA Member price – $395.00

Duration and Delivery Method:

The Cooking the Books workshop is a full day, 7 hour workshop conducted at our QHA Brisbane training centre on Edward Street.
